The position line of the vertical components is first snapped, and then the anchoring point of the vertical components is determined.

② On the basis of setting out, install and fix the connecting piece with electric welding, and apply two coats of anti rust paint at the weld seam. The connecting parts are welded and fixed with the embedded parts on the main structure. When there are no embedded iron parts on the main structure, expansion bolts can be drilled and installed on the main structure to fix the connecting iron parts.

③ Install the skeleton using welding method. Check the elevation and centerline position at any time during installation, and apply rust proof paint to the section connection welds. Record the concealed inspection of the fixed connections, including the length, thickness, position, embedding elevation, quantity, and embedding depth of the connection welds.

④ Install the aluminum plastic plate on the inner frame of the profile, first tap and mill the screw holes, and fix the aluminum plastic plate surface one by one on the profile steel frame with rivets; The gap between the plates is 10-15mm, and then silicone weather resistant sealant is injected; It is strictly prohibited to remove the packaging paper before installing the aluminum plate, until the protective film of the packaging is torn before completion; Construct according to the direction indicated by the arrow on the aluminum plastic plate.
